I feel like I've been robbed by both Capcom for their shoddy work, and Steam, who have made it abundantly clear that no refunds will be issued. This game isn't poorly optimized, it is not optimized AT ALL. Sometimes the framerate will jump up to 30 fps for a minute or two, but more often than not it seems to be running at about 5 fps.
This game does work for me, but very inconsistently, often the screen will freeze in place for minutes while on screen icons continue to move as if unaffected. I have never had any issues running current generation games on my PC.
